Spent the day at the Valentine 2010 Swimming Tournament, hosted by Upstream Swimming Club. I won golds in the individual 200m Freestyle and the 4x50m Individual Medley. In the evening, Grant and I walked around Amsterdam, froze, had something to eat, froze and then went back to the hotel we were staying at and watched films.
